The home was very nice and in a great location (1 minute walk to the beach). Inside of the home showed signs of wear, but it was still very nice. Rooms were spacious and furniture was comfy.Pictures of the inside of the home are accurate, but pictures of the outside dont appear to be recent bc the outside shows more wear and isnt as well-maintained as shown. Still though, very nice. My family enjoyed the stayCommunication with the host was great...very fast responses to text messages and calls.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 7-bedroom home in Bradenton Beach, near Anna Maria Island. It is perfect for large families and group gatherings, we even celebrated Christmas there, and it was unforgettable.
The location is excellent, just steps from the beach. From the rooftop, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset with stunning views of the ocean and bay. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, featuring a heated pool, games for kids, ping pong, mini golf, beach chairs, and beach towels.
Everything was spotless and well organized, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms, linens, and towels. The rooms and bathrooms are large and very comfortable. Having washers and dryers on each floor was extremely convenient.
Great restaurants, ice cream shops, and beautiful sunset spots are nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.
We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Crystal Waves Oasis is a perfect place to stay. Beautiful kitchen and living room area to gather. Pool, hot tub, ping pong, air hockey, curling, foosball. Beach chairs and a beach wagon. Plenty of space for a large group and comfortable beds. The beach is steps away. Restaurant’s, coffee shops and store within walking distance. Biking in the island is easy and the trolley is also a great option. Sunrise’s on the rooftop and endless sunsets on the beach. We had an amazing time.

Stayed for my son’s baseball tournament for the weekend and had a great time. Right across the street Fromt he beach which was awesome and the outside area of the house was a great place to hang out as well! House was very clean and well put together! Spacious rooms with big bathrooms!

Including me and my wife, we had a crew of thirteen children, spouses and grandchildren. The home easily accommodated all of us. The table tennis, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, putting green, pool and jacuzzi were a hit with everyone. The pool alarm sensor fell off the pool access door in the middle of the first night setting off the alarm and waking everyone up. We were able to disable it and contacted AMI to come fix it the next day. They responded within a few hours, and got it reinstalled with a temporary fix and the sensor fell off again while we were there. From the looks of it, the alarm has had previous issues. I think AMI needs to acquire a better solution. Thankfully, we didn’t have any small children with us or I would’ve been nervous about them getting out to the pool area unsupervised. All in all the home met or exceeded all of our needs. Would rent again if we return to Bradenton Beach.

We stayed here for 7 wonderful days!!! Enjoyed every inch of the property from the pool to the roof top deck!!!! Plenty of room for our 17 people. Lots and lots of memories made. The kiddos were never bored for a second. Would definitely come back to the Crystal Oasis.

Overall we had a great stay! Only issue we had was the main level refrigerator was not working so we had to use the extra one in the garage. Backyard was great for our group and the pool was awesome!

This house was fantastic for a big group! There is plenty of space and the en suite bathrooms are really nice to have with multiple families. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor space was well-appointed. Proximity to the beach is super convenient, as are the wagons/beach chairs in the garage. The property does not have basics, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, or coffee filters. It would have been really nice to have these. They also give you just a small starter pack of dish detergent, 1 trash bag etc. Providing these types of basics would have been hospitable. Very responsive to issues/questions - we were able to get more bath towels same day. I'd definitely come back for a beach vacation.

We had an amazing time in Bradenton Beach. The house was beautiful, big spaces, great amenities, calm neighborhood, and steps away from the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that there's lots of stairs in the house, not recommended for people with limited mobility, I wish we had been aware of that since the beginning... other than that the house is amazing!

Great place. House is beautiful and definitely accommodates a lot of people. The neighbors don’t like noise at all, so keep that in mind if making noise outside. Will definitely be back.

Great house and great location. Very quick (3 min) walk to the beach. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped for that size house (not a lot of serving bowls/dishes / utensils) but we made do. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was great about our stay at this house. Hot spot location, right across the street from the beach. The house is huge, spacious, and beautiful. Every single space was neatly cleaned and decorated. The pool, jacuzzi and bbq area is perfect. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful part of Bradenton Beach. We walked most places and really took use of the beautiful pool. Large bedrooms with their own bathrooms were a great plus.

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends especially with the 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased with the large kitchen which turned out to be our favorite hangout at night. The house and pool area were very clean and we loved the rooftop deck!

Beautiful house just like the pictures show, super clean. The view from the rooftop is amazing! Liked that there was a grill to use for family meals. Outdoor patio was nice for just hanging out or going for a swim. House is in excellent location with a 2 minute walk to beach, or walking distance to dining and gift shops. We used the trolley to get around on the island. The house had beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to bring stuff to the beach. This is a wonderful house to make family memories that will last forever. Can't wait to stay here again. Recommend for families and couples.
