Had a fantastic stay here! Very clean, beautiful bedrooms and functional layout. Loved the pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Great location! Definitely hope to come back and stay here again.

Wonderful but the pool and spa was not heated, condenser was broken. In all fairness AMI sent someone out to fix it mid week but they needed to replace the condenser.i asked to be compensated for it and they agreed which was very fair. I would recommend that they add another refrigerator to the home. They already have 2 dishwashers, 2washers and 2 dryers. All in all we had a great time

This was the perfect venue for our 20 member family reunion. The house is spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The kitchen/bar combination provides cooking, storage, and serving space for a large family gathering .The only disappointment was that the pool heater stopped working and did not resume heating after the 2-day cold snap - despite being repeatedly told by repairmen and staff that it had been fixed and was working. The anticipated hot tub sessions were sorely missed.We are hoping that this was a one time occurrence and we are considering renting again in the future.

It was a great stay. We did have a few hiccups along the way. When we first checked the glass on one of the sliding doors was cracked. The company came out right away to address it. Unfortunately we weren't able to use that door, but it wasn't the end of the world. We also had an issue getting the hot tub heating correctly the first day, but it got sorted out the first night and it was smooth sailing from there.Great clean space. Pool got cleaned and refilled daily. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Choice for US!This property checked all our boxes and more! The owner put lots of thought into appliance needs, stocking cabinets, providing towels, beach chairs, you name it! The pool and surrounding area kept every age entertained! There is even garage space for extra parking! Management company was more than responsive! Excellent property!

Great location, the house was perfect size for all 17 of us. A little hiccup with the pool heater but the response was great. Only recommendation would be to add more pool towels. Only 12 towels. The two washers and dryers were great to have.

This was the perfect property for our large group in town for a lacrosse tournament. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as kitchen and living space to accommodate all 19 of us. Just a very short walk to the beach, and a pool and hot tub to enjoy at the property. The checkin and checkout process was quick and simple, and we had excellent communication with the property management company before and during our stay. We had a couple questions that were addressed very promptly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The house is amazing and so tall, on the rooftop you are the tallest house on the island and the views are stunning. Rooftop firepit table was such a neat feature. Amazing windows and views everywhere you turn. Would recommend AMI add blackout curtains (not just the existing shades) to the bedrooms for vacationers that enjoy sleeping in! They provided 12 beach chairs and 4 bikes which was great. I thought the pool would be too small but it was plenty big for our group of 16! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as advertised. We had multiple families joining us and had enough space to enjoy our time together. The kids loved the pool and the slide and we also loved the short distance to the beach. We caught sunset every night and explored the island with the free trolly service.

House was great. Everyone enjoyed the stay. FYI, there is nothing there for seasonings or foil or other paper products. Very limited supplies. The spa did not work for almost 4 days, but finally fixed. They were quick to respond, but not quick to fix. Having two washers and dryers and two dishwashers was definitely a plus, made lots of meals at home. We were family of 19 ages from 6-72. Great stay other than the fix 😊 thank you!

We had the best time during our stay! The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. The cornhole boards, ping pong table, pool table, and of course the pool gave us more than enough things to do for our entire family. The beach is extremely close and accessible, which was nice for small children who needed to take breaks back at the house. There is a second refrigerator, pool floats, and beach toys/wagon in the garage that were all very handy! It also has a half bath outside by the pool that I believe may not be listed in the rental details. There were only very minor maintenance issues when we got there that were addressed very quickly and we had no issues during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to take a large group. We would definitely choose this place again!

The house is the perfect layout so multiple families can enjoy time together and time on their own. The amenities are great. Enough dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, outside activities, towels, beach chairs, indoor seating. Beds are comfortable. Close to the beach, lots of parking. The listing title doesn't lie - THIS IS THE ONE!! This house was absolutely amazing. We had 9 adults (4 couples and 1 single) and plenty of room to spare. Everyone had their own king and bath. 4 levels of outdoor space. The pool & hot tub heated quickly and waterslide was a blast. Pong table, pool table, grill w/ gas, putting green with putters and balls... The house has 9 Tommy Bahama chairs in like-new condition (the kind with built-in coolers and back pack straps), a beach wagon, a ton of beach towels and a couple floats. Beach is a 3 sec walk from the front door. Ignore the reviews of missing potholders and 9x13 pans. The kitchen has that and MUCH MORE incl both drip & kcup machines and a blender. There was enough Dawn for our trip (travel size provided), but plan to bring dishwasher soap, garbage bags, sugar and S&P. A bar of soap and 2 TP rolls per bath provided. If we had to find a complaint, it would be about the alarmed doors leading to the pool (which cannot be disarmed, but don't buzz if used properly). Great for a house with children, not great for a house full of tipsy, forgetful adults. Amazing stay, house was impeccably cleaned and furnished. Couldn't want for more. Oh, and the elevator makes packing & unpacking a breeze.

This home was everything we expected. We had 14 people and still had extra bedrooms. Our young grandchildren spent many hours in the pool. It was heated and had several depths of water for every age. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Bradenton beach. Home was very clean and showers were excellent with plenty of hot water to go around. I highly recommend this home to anyone searching for a beautiful rental for many people.

Property was well designed, nicely decorated, and great flow with plenty of parking for multiple families. Beach chairs and wagons were a bonus and the pool is great. Tables both inside and outside so everyone could enjoy. Games, kitchen dishes, kitchen utensils, and glasses/mugs were more than enough. Two dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, mini refrig, full refrigerator, and an ice maker made cooking, entertaining, and cleaning dishes a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is perfect. The outdoor area is the beat place to be. The kitchen could be better stocked. There was plenty of pots & pans, However could have used some pot holders, bake wear like a 9x13 baking dish & of course 1 full length mirror in the Master (which we have asked in the past). We would love to rent for 2021, but the price has gone up so drastically, this house is now out of our range. We have rented the last 2 years, but had to find another house for our 2021 trip. Some beach chairs need replaced due to rusting, but overall, we do love this house for our large group

This house was perfect for us! We had 6 families, 12 adults and 10 kids, and had plenty of room. The pool and water slide were a huge hit with the kiddos. We had plenty of room to cook and entertain in the open kitchen/dining/living room area. The extra refrigerator in the garage was much needed, as well as the 2 dishwashers! The bar area had an ice maker so we never had to worry about running out. The 2 bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. We could fit 4 in each room. There is one king bed on the main floor with out it's own bathroom, but a full bath was just across the hall. The multiple patios and rooftop deck were great for sunset watching. We were a half block walk to the beach, which was beautiful. You could walk both ways. Super sandy and lots of shell collecting. The trolley stop was also a short walk away. We were within walking distance to some restaurants/bars. Definitely get a few baby gates if you're traveling with toddlers, lots of stairs. We had a couple issues with the locks on doors not working and they sent someone right over to fix them. We would stay at an AMI house again. Thank you for having us!

Our family of 14 had a fantastic week at this beautiful home. The amenities were just as shown in the photos. The 6,000 sf size allowed everyone to to find private areas if they wished and there was plenty of room for everyone to congregate in the kitchen/dining/living room area for meals and games. The only minor issue (missing BBQ tools) was resolved in immediately by the management team. We definitely would like to return for another week in the future!

Very nice place. Sparkling clean, roomy, nice bathroom s, lots of towels and a double washer and dryer. We loved that we could see the pool from the deck off of the kitchen. The pool was a cool shape that felt large without ever being very far from an edge. We called it, The River. The kids loved the slide, and it entertained the kids while they waited for us to go to the beach. Also the Poole table and ping pong table were in use constantly by the teenagers in our group. We loved everything. The only thing that could have been improved is it would have beennice if salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo etc were at the house. We had to go out and buy every single thing. We were flying so obviously we couldn't take it back with us.

Spacious with amazing pool and outside decks so never felt crowded. Beds comfortable and plenty of bathrooms all decorated with island theme. Minor issue taken care of immediately. Plenty of dishes, pots, beach towels, etc and an elevator! A few items could be updated- pool table along with couches in outdoor alcove are very worn but expected with exposure to weather- Cornhole game broken. Ping pong great and used a lot - grilling easy and beach wagon, cooler and tent made for easy travel to beach. Would definitely come back to this home- overall 5 star experience

Our family of 17 (9 adults, 8 children under the age of 9) had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. This home was new and clean and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. Short walk to beach. The pool and patio area was perfect. The beach supplies (wagon to carry stuff, chairs, cooler, 2 canopy tents) made the beach experience so much better. A second refrigerator in a garage. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Our family has done a vacation for the past 7 years and we all agreed this was our best ever. We will be back!

We came here for our wedding at the Sandbar Restaurant and had all of our friends stay in one house. We seriously could not have asked for a bette property! The house was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for all 21 of us! Lots of places for us to sit and be together. Not to mention, the pool is INCREDIBLE! We had such an amazing time! It’s a five minute walk to white beaches and the area in general is just amazing. Traci was very responsive. We have zero complaints! Thank you all so much for being a part of our celebration week! This rental property was perfect for our large group of 18. There was plenty of room, the bedrooms were all very nice & all beds were comfortable. The only recommendations I can offer is to add a full length mirror in each of the King rooms & there should be more than one coffee pot in a house this large. I did buy one & left it there. There were plenty of beach chairs & beach towels for all. This home was in great proximity to the beach & the bay. We are looking to rent this home for the next 3 years, but the price went up substantially for next year so we may have to rethink another location.

The location of this property is ideal, one block walk to a beautiful beach and just a mile away from shopping and other activities. We only wished, that the real estate office at the corner could be transformed into an ice-cream shop! The pool and hot tub were fabulous after initial temperate control issues, which were resolved. The house is spacious and well equipped, but definitely in need of more small spoons and better quality pots and pans. Minor flaws, which did not really impact the fine time we all had, including 7 adults and 5 children age 16 to 2. We were all in agreement ,that we would recommend this place and would rent it ourselves again!

This was a wonderful home for our extended-family vacation. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. The open floor plan is great for a large group and the pool is wonderful. We enjoyed the balconies and the easy walk to the beach. Our only (small) complaint is that the middle bedroom upstairs does not have a closet and the wall outlet at the head of the bed is not accessible. Overall, we would all highly recommend this property!

We had 19 individuals from age 1.5 to 64 between 6 families. There was a room for all and a large gathering area for cooking and playing games. When the weather cooperated the pool area was fun and inviting. Close to several beaches and stores. We liked the small island feel but still close enough for a trip to Orlando. Great time was had by all from parents to kids to grandkids. Thanks for the opportunity of bringing our family close together to celebrate our 45th anniversary .

My extended family and I had a fantastic time at this house on our family vacation. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Everyone had their own space while not feeling too far from each other either. The beach was only a few blocks away, and the provided beach wagon was perfect to wheel our three toddlers there and back. The pool was perfect for the adults in our family as well as the four kids. The little ones loved the large sun shelf in the pool to splash around, and everyone loved the water slide, grotto, and hot tub. We also really appreciated that there was a door alarm available leading out to the pool in case one of the kids wandered out there alone. We all felt so comfortable in the house that we are already talking about returning next year.

Jen was very accommodating and the house is the most comfortable you could imagine. There are no complaints. We had 10 adults and 7 children ages 7 to 15. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was the hit to all, not to mention less then 2 block walk to the beach. My favorite was the sunsets on the roof deck. Simply awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beautiful house! Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and over all amazing stay! Pictures don’t do this house justice! Fits a lot of people! And there was no erge to leave anywhere of the island because the house is so comfortable and cozy!

This house is as beautiful as the pictures! We had 6 adults and 4 kids under 5, the pool was spectacular! I love that it has a shallow end for little ones and a slide for the 5 year old, and adults of course!! So many places we could eat our meals! Not sure why the house has 2 washer, 2 dryers and 2 dishwashers, I realized why after day 1, what a great idea!! Also love the 3 minute walk to the beach!! This was the best vacation ever!! My Grandkids didn't want to go home, not sure my adult kids did either!! Thanks to Jen for always being available if i needed anything! We will definitely be back!!

We came out from England to spend an intensive week theme parking in Orlando followed by a recovery week chilling by a beach. This was to celebrate a big birthday for me with my wife and family. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 Kids ages from 17 down to 5. We could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The house is superb throughout, everything you could possibly need is there. Fabulous bedrooms, all the family were very happy with the selection. The lift was very handy transporting luggage to all floors when we arrived. . My wife and I had the master bedroom on the top floor with it's large balcony area and steps up to the sun deck where you get great views of the ocean one side and the bay on the other. It was also a bonus that we could sit all of us together for meals in the huge kitchen/dining area. Breakfast on one or other of the upper terrace areas was lovely in the mornings. The pool is brilliant with it's slide, waterfall and hot tub. Our younger kids loves sitting in the little grotto behind the waterfall. Anna Maria Island is stunning, the beach has soft white quartz sand which doesn't get hot in the sun when you walk barefoot, which we all did for miles! There are excellent beach side restaurants, we particularly liked the Beach House for sunsets, and great live music in Bridge Street bars. We did some fishing from the pier which was brilliant fun, and did a very interesting boat trip from there where we saw dolphins and manatees. We had several visits to the Oyster Bar on the pier. The bus services, particularly the "Monkey" bus are very convenient to get you about. Most afternoons we went back to the house to relax and enjoy the pool. We had a couple of BBQ's in the evenings and some fiercely contested table tennis and pool tournements. Jen and Adam Mott from AMI Locals really looked after us throughout, nothing was too much trouble and they reacted very promptly to any request. We cannot recommend them or this house to you enough. Just Fabulous, and we will be coming back.

We loved the stay in this beautifully composed villa. Very spacious and very clean, we appreciated the very warm welcome as much as the perfect kitchen equipment and the very nice rooms decoration. The kids loved the pool and play area, the grownups the stunning ocean view at the roof top!!! This was amazing. We loved to eat at the Beach House restaurant in walking distance, beautiful beach, the sunsets and Anna Maria Island's cafes. The property is very big, very luxurious and has an amazing view from the roof top to beach and bay. The house is clean, the furniture really nice! Upon arrival, the owner prepared some food, wine and beer which was very good after the long journey. The beach is just 3 minutes to go! A lot of restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes, several Golf courses in 15 minutes. The island is beautiful, Florida as its best!

We loved to stay in this very spacious property, amazing rooms and stunning sea view. The kids enjoyed the pool and play area which is perfectly organized. The grownups loved to sit at the rooftop and watch to ocean. Thanks to the owner for this amazing stay, very clean and the best was the walking distance to the Beach House where we lived to eat. The property was more than we expected! Very warm welcome upon arrival! Very spacious and the photos more than live up to the reality. The living room space and kitchen are absolutely stunning, amazing sea views and rooftop terrace, a lot of details in the interior design! Everything is in a pristine state, very clean and new. The kids loved the big pool area with water slide and pool table. Very close to the island's best restaurants, cafes and of course beaches. Highly recommended!

We came for a family reunion with 12 adults between the ages of 20 and 73 and 2 small children in October 2017. The house is beautiful and still almost smells new. Everything functioned well. We enjoyed sunset and sunrises from the crownest porch with water views east and west. We played on the beach every day, ate at great local restaurants, had a pirates hunt on the beach for the children. The beach was lovely, and not crowded. There should really be a photo of it in the home away picture spread. A great place for a gathering for a large family with at lot of private space and common space. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen, playing in the pool , sitting on the many porches and using the pool table too. There were a lot of TV screens, but did not have time to use them, as well a choice of board/ card games. A wonderful location , large home , great with an elevator for those with a weak knee and tastefully furnished in all the many bedrooms and bathrooms. Do enjoy this spot yourself.
